Sri Sri Kisan Mela – Desi Bheej Mahotsav is an initiative from Sri Sri Institute for Agricultural Sciences and Technology Trust.
As a large number of farmers are practicing natural farming across the country to facilitate the availability of Desi Bheej
SSIAST is arranging a 2 day Sri Sri Kisan Mela on the 30th & 31st March 2019.
This initiative is to bring awareness on the need to produce, preserve, conserve the usage of seeds.
The event includes:
Display of desi seeds by large number of farmers.
Desi Bheej preservation techniques by indigenous methodology.
Systemic Rice Intensification methodology
50 cms x 50 cms – Perumal methodology.
JAI GURU DEV
All the members register for the Desi seed festival on the 30th and 31st March 2019.
A lot of new techniques can be learnt from farmers coming from all over India.
