RRB Exam Date-2018: Railway Group D Exam Date Released!!!!!!!!

Good news for you, RRB announced the RRB Exam Date for Group D and ALP CBT exam. RRB exam date of Railway Group D 2018 exam has been announced. RRB Group D exam will be conducted on 12 Aug, 18 Aug, 26 Aug, 9 Sep, & 16 September 2018. The candidates are now waiting for RRB Admit card. RRB Group D and ALP Exam Date will be soon declared on RRB’s Official Website. In this article, we will provide you the RRB’s important date regarding the ALP and Group D Posts.

RRB Group D Exam Date has announced by Railway Recruitment Board. RRB Group D exam will be conducted on 12 Aug, 18 Aug, 26 Aug, 9 Sep, & 16 September 2018

According to various newspaper reports, the CBT for Group D Recruitment will be held on August 12, 2018.

RRB Exam Date for ALP & Technician
RRB ALP Admit card release date is expected in the last week of July 2018 and the Exams may be held in the month of August 2018. RRB ALP Exam Date is not official yet, it will be soon declared by RRB on their Official Website. The RRB Notification No. of ALP and Technician is CEN01/2018. This recruitment is for the Group C Level-II category posts for the candidates. The total number of vacancies released for the RRB ALP & Technician Posts is 26,502 vacancies out of which 17,849 vacancies are available for the Assistant Loco Pilot and 9170 Vacancies are available for the Technician Posts.

RRB Exam Date for Group D(Level-I) 2018
RRB Group D Admit card will release on 20th July 2018 and the exams will be conducted in the month of August 2018. RRB Group D Exam Date is not official yet, it will be soon declared by RRB.

The RRB Notification No. of RRB Group- “D” Posts is CEN02/2018. The Group D Posts includes various posts/ disciplines such as Trackman, Hangman, Pointsman, Helper, Gunman etc. The total number of vacancies released for Group- “D” Level 01 Posts is 62,907 Posts.

RRB Exam Date for Group C and Group D CBT Exam 2018
As per the sources it has been found out that about two and a half million of the Youth population have applied for the RRB Recruitment this year. Which calculates, that 1 in 330 candidates has the probability to get a Job. Well, keeping this thing in mind, now it’s time to start the preparation for the First Stage CBT for Group C and D Posts. In the Notification, the Railway Department has said that the Examination will be conducted in the month of April/May 2018. However, the Official Exam Dates have not been declared yet. It is expected that, due to the receiving of large number of application forms, the CBT is most likely to be held in the Month of August 2018. RRB exam date will be issued 10 days before the Admit card date.

First Stage CBT for Group C Posts (Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician):

• The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for a time duration of 1 Hour where a total of 75 questions will be asked.
• In order to qualify the examination, candidates of the unreserved category will have to receive 40%, OBC Candidates have to receive 30%, SC to 30%, and ST will have to score 25% marks.
• In this CBT, you have to anyhow score this minimum qualifying marks. If you don’t achieve then you cannot proceed to next step.
• The Questions will be asked on the following sections- Maths, Reasoning, GK, General Science and Current Affairs.
• The CBT is common for both the ALP and Technician Posts.

Computer Based Test for Group D Posts: (Trackman, Gangsman, Pointsman etc.)

• The Computer Based Test for Group D Posts is held for One and Half Hours
• There will be a total of 100 Questions.
• The qualifying percentages of the following categories are: 40% for Unreserved Category, 30% for OBC Category, 30% for SC Category, and 30% for ST Category.
• Based on the receipts, candidates will be shortlisted for the next round which is Physically Efficiency Test (PET).
• The CBT carries negative marking. For each wrong answer, one-third marks will be deducted.
• Questions will be asked related to Maths, General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Science, General Awareness, Current Affairs.

To score good in the CBT, it is advised to prepare from 10th Class Course Books and solve the Previous Year Question Papers. So start your preparation with full dedication and sincerity.

It is expected that the RRB Admit card release in the month of August 2018 (tentative). RRB is expected to be held the exam in the first week of July 2018. RRB Group D Admit card will release on 30th July 2018 and the exams may be conducted in the month of June 2018. RRB ALP 2018 Admit card release date is expected in the last week of July 2018 and the Exams may be held in the month of May 2018.

The online Application submission dates are officially confirmed but the Releasing of the Admit card and the date of the Examination is yet to be declared.
